Dear Kinamed Sales Agents & Sales Representatives:
The retirement of one of Kinamed’s BEST EVER Sales Agents (Tom Gabriella of Rocky Mountain Surgical Systems, Inc.) warrants both personal recognition, and tremendous appreciation by everyone at Kinamed, and all the Kinamed Sales Agents who came after Tom. Below are just a few of the milestones Tom accomplished in Colorado before his recent retirement.
- Just six (6) years after Tom began selling CarboJet (in 2008), he achieved total annual CarboJet sales in excess of $200,000 and had come to be affectionately known by his customers as “The Man with the Golden Gun.”
- Tom started selling CarboJet (instruments and Tubesets) in 2002. His agency’s first year CarboJet sales were just over $22,000.
- In addition to CarboJet, in 2008 Tom became one of the first Sales Agents to sell both SuperCable and Grips & Plates.
- Tom sold his first KineMatch Patient-Matched PFR in 2011. A few years later (in 2013 and every year after that), Tom’s sales of KineMatch exceeded $100,000 annually.
- By 2015, Tom’s total SuperCable, CarboJet and KineMatch annual sales were nearly $1,000,000. Tom didn’t just accomplish this level of sales one-time; he routinely had annual Kinamed sales broaching $700,000 – even while winding down his business in the lead up to his recent retirement.
- Tom was “Old School!” He believed in treating his customers right. He also didn’t believe in consignments. In fact, by 2012 Tom had over fifty (50) hospital accounts which he personally maintained with average monthly consignment (inventory fees) of just $327.
- Over the course of Tom’s career his total Kinamed product sales were just shy of $7,000,000.
