Dear Kinamed Agents and Reps,
A new press release (view on our website, here) has just been issued on the topic of Tourniquetless TKA, Opioids, and Optimized cement technique. Compared to previous releases on the Meneghini study, this latest release focuses more on the key role of CarboJet in the Tourniquetless TKA technique, as summarized in this excerpt:
“When performing knee arthroplasty without a tourniquet, achieving an optimal “cement technique” can be a challenge because of the additional fluid debris present in the bone and at the implant-interfaces. The CarboJet® CO2 Bone Preparation system employed in this study addresses this challenge by using medical-grade compressed carbon dioxide gas to remove lipids/fatty marrow elements, blood, and saline from the bone surface prior to the application of bone cement.”
The release has already been picked up by hundreds of news outlets and trade journals, which will most certainly add to the momentum building around this compelling technique. The release also coincides with CCJR Orlando meeting starting today, where the topic of Tourniquetless TKA will be raised in several discussions and presentations.
Please help us keep the momentum going by sharing the release with your network.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Best Regards,
Patrick Miller
