Dear Kinamed Agents and Reps,
Ever found yourself in a conversation with a potential customer and drew the dreaded “blank”? Don’t you hate that feeling when you “just know” there is a great answer but its escaping you at the moment? We understand. Kinamed products address so many of the key issues surgeons care about, and have so many features and benefits, it can be hard to have them all readily/ mentally available. The solution? Put them in your short-term memory before you go into that sales meeting with our new Product Quick Reference Guides: summaries of the features and benefits of each product in a concise and easy to digest format. These lists can be accessed quickly prior to key meetings / sales presentations to give yourself a refresher on the most salient points you want to convey to your surgeons or hospital staff.
Where can you access the guides?
Our brand new Sales Portal: www.kinamedportal.com. This site, created just for the Kinamed sales team, is templated on a knowledge-base website and effectively replaces Securedocs.com, which was essentially a collection of files in folders.
Featured Sections of the new site include:
- Product Quick Reference Guides – As described above, these pages summarize the features and benefits of each product in a concise and easy to digest manner, acting as flashcards you can access quickly prior to key meetings / sales presentations to give yourself a refresher on the most salient points you want to convey to your surgeons or hospital staff. I recommend you save a shortcut on your phone and/or tablet’s home screen to these QR guides (instructions here).
- Sales Support materials – brochures, techniques, studies, white papers, videos. Now organized in a website format, making the materials much easier to find and digest.
- Sales Blog (including Newsletter archives)
- Sales Contest information and the latest standings
Additional Features:
- “Latest Articles” sidebar highlighting recently added content and blog posts.
- Content is searchable using keyword search or by clicking “tags” which will lead you to related content.
- Related articles and content are linked on each page, making it easier to further explore concepts. For example, a blog entry related to aseptic loosening will end with links and tags to related content and other blog entries on the subject.
- The layout is mobile-friendly, so you can easily navigate on your phone.
Take a few minutes to create an account, take the site for a test drive, and let us know what you think. To get started, go to www.kinamedportal.com and click “Create an account”. Once you create your account, our administrator will be notified to review and approve it. Once your account is approved, you’ll get a notification that you are free to login.
